Great at creating jewelry based in our descripion
Would give zero stars if there was an option. The owner sold me a ring on Facebook. I then took the ring to several other jewelers in the area, each one found that the gems were cracked/damaged, and the band was cheap. He felt no remorse for misleading us. I later connected with several other people who had a similar experience. Extremely disappointing experience.
Brought my mom to Pfaff because she needed to purchase a new watch band and have it installed. She received excellent service.
I had the best experience picking out my fiancé’s and my wedding bands today! Jamie Sukstas was incredibly helpful and truly went above and beyond. I would 100% recommend working with them!
