I went in to get my ring appraised for insurance purposes. The staff were very friendly and I got the appraisal completed in less than a week. And it was a reasonable fee. Great customer service, I would use them again.

Went in to purchase a set of pearls for my Goddaughter for her Profession of Faith. I was in between the biggest size and the one size below the biggest. They were very helpful and said to get the one smaller because of her age. They could have just said the bigger size because they were priced higher, but they didn’t. They were so honest and a joy to work with. I will definitely be back!

Customer service is amazing!!!!! I had a family heirloom jade bracelet that broke and most jewelers won’t even touch jade to try to fix. Kendra took the task on and did so much research and was able to fix it! I can now pass down this sentimental bracelet to my daughter! I 100% would recommend this jewelry store!!!
