My wife and I would like to take a moment to compliment Pfaff Jewelry store for the exceptional work they did on putting this Fire Opal into a pendant customer service with Kendra and her team is impressive
Got such great help finding gold chains for my pine cones. Thank you Jamie!!!
The center stone of my wedding ring (purchased from another retailer) fell out and they were able to repair it in house in about a week. The associate was friendly and helpful and said I could bring my ring back anytime to have the prongs checked to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
