Such an amazing local jewelry store, after having tried multiple other places who said they would have to send it out to get my wife's wedding ring fixed, I gave Pfaff's a shot and they were able to fix it on site. Such a friendly and amazing staff, would recommend to anyone.
Dishonest! I brought in a family estate opal and a jeweler said there was something wrong with it and would give me $50 for it. Two different jewelers at Jensen's verified it as being intact and worth $600-800! Wow, never go there again. Owner also offered to clean my bracelets and afterwards told me it was $10 per bracelet to clean them! I would have cleaned them myself if I knew there was a fee for cleaning them and I had 6 of them! Employees not as helpful for valuing your rings for you for resale purposes. This store is super cute and the customer service is top tier! I came in today needing an additional small piece of jewelry to be engraved, Kristen was able to find something to fit my needs and attached it to the existing bracelet for me. Will definitely travel back from out of town in the future!

I went in to get my ring appraised for insurance purposes. The staff were very friendly and I got the appraisal completed in less than a week. And it was a reasonable fee. Great customer service, I would use them again.
