Dr Pfaff and his staff and nurses are top notch and has a good bedside manner and they truly care about your well being and recovery and your long term health thanks for the amazing relief and outcome
Went in for checkup. Was on time. Paid my copay. Gave a specimen. Was sent to a very small waiting room. Nurse said the doctor would be in shortly. Not so. 20, 30, 40 minutes go by. I'm' still waiting. That's enough for me. I came home. They sent a check for my pre-pay with Humana. Seems like time stands still in some doctors offices.
Dr. Pfaff first treated me for kidney stones. I was not impressed his bedside manner at that time, though my situation was pretty cut & dry & any urologist could've handled it (lithotripsy for kidney stones). The second time around, I was leery about returning, but wanted to try to stay local, so I reluctantly went back to Dr. Pfaff as a matter of convenience, thinking maybe the first experience might have been a fluke. My wife experienced bad bedside manners with this doctor, very cut happy with lousy alternatives would not recommend !
