I have purchased two sewing machines from them, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to sew, learn, and buy a great sewing machine or serger. Christina and Mike are helpful, and answer questions cheerfully.
If you need a sewing or embroidery machine serviced, or anything else, DO NOT use Pfaff Creative Sewing Center in Lacey. There is a much longer story to this about how I got my machine back in worse condition than it was in when I dropped it off, but I am limited to 1000 characters in this message. My singer Athena was acting up and Singer technical support was unable to help me, so I brought it in. I was pleasantly surprised when my machine and tension sensor was fixed in about 10 minutes. Due to the simple fix it was so inexpensive and I got a great sale on needles. I will definitely be returning.
