MY favorite restuarant!! – P.F. Changs is absolutely the best chinses restaurant around. If you go, you have to get the lettuce wraps- they are unbeliveable and you will always get them everytime you go. The place is busy, so you should call ahead a couple hours. But remember, it is busy because it is so good and everyone wants to go there. The prices are not that bad and everytime I have been there, the service was outstanding. Definitely recommended to anyone who likes Chinese food or even wants to try something different.
Try eating at the bar in a pinch during the lunch rush! – I love PF Changs and have gotten creative to resolve the long waits. If I'm alone @ lunchtime, I eat at the bar. There is usually a stool open, or will open quick due to they are alone and in a rush too! If I'm with friends/family - we ALWAYS make a reservation and check in upon arrival. Best atmosphere and great food! (6 Bubbles) – P.F. Chang's is a work of art all in itself. The aromas surround you as you enter the large doors. The service is always fantasic and prompt. I am addicted to the crispy chicken lettuce wraps and mongolian beef plate. The shrimp plate is also great. The sauces are prepared at your table by your friendly server. Horrible and dishonest customer service & below quality food – I ate food for 6$ and i didn't like their food. With out my permission they took 3$ for tips. I waited for that food for almost 15 minutes. I thnk that was not a wise decision.
great food at a great price – My wife and I usually stop by have a drink,and order to-go food..Service at the bar is always above par. Very friendly but not pushy..The food is one of the best values in the area.We always get too much but the check would convince otherwise...We'll be back
Spicey scallops are the best in the area – The Kung Pao Scallops are the best plate of scallops in the area and are reasonably priced ($14) when you think of how much scallops usually cost. The lemon scallops are good if you don't like spicy. The PF Chang's Spicy Chicken is very good as is the beef and broccoli. I tired the Orange Chicken and did not like it at all. sorry Tara, but I see dead people – The prior reviewer is correct. The horse statue prominently displayed above IS a replica of a funerary object excavated from the Xian tombs. Upscale mall Chinese sums it up well. Go if that's what you're comfortable with, but skip this if you actually know anything about real Chinese food.
Great place – The food was good but a little pricey. The ambience was very nice laid back. The wait staff was great. The waitress we had was really friendly and she knew what to recommend.
What people THINK they know.. – I've actually worked for a PF Chang's in California up until a few months ago when I moved to Seattle. At Chang's you will receive a good meal, at a fair price/portion, good service, and consistency. Not glorious, but good! You'll also know that the people handling your food washed their hands. PF Chang's acutally PAYS a company to come in and do suprise health inspections monthly (these are HARDER than the state ones)! In response to the previous post.
