Tasty Americanized Chinese Food – It gets really busy here, but the food is great. I love the green beans and the honey chicken. Atmosphere is cozy in a good and bad way, and sometimes the tables are a little close together. It's a little pricey for Chinese food, especially since it's americanized chinese food. However it's worth the crowd.
Best food and service – There's nothing like going out for a nice dinner on a saturday evening after a long day of shopping and not only having the "best" chinese food since I moved to Raleigh, but when the waiter is told you have a back problem and he brings you a seat from another chair to use for suppport, now THAT"s customer service! Good food... very commercial. – This is a well known, commercial restaurant with a wide array of asian infused items that is obviously mass prepared and served by the bulk. The food is good, but a bit over priced.
Always good – PF Chang's is a great restaurant even though we always order the same thing. Lettuce wraps, Orange Chicken and a martini. Can't go wrong with that...
Wonderful ambience, good food – We went to the downtown resturant. It was luv at first sight...becoz of the ambience.Inspite of the crowded bar the restutant was romantic on one hand and comfortable for a large group on the other. The hostess was really sweet and offered to help us with the menu becoz we are new to the city. We had soup which i liked, the main courses were served with healthy brown rice on the side,(they also have white rice),The seafood was great, but the chicken dish was on the sweeter side. energetic bar scene – Great food!!! Always crowded in the evenings, so give yourselves lots of time. The bar is usually hopping, but it's kind of small, so seats are limited. They've got the best mojito's I've ever had!!! Parking is pretty bad at the mall, so use the valet. Really worth it!!!
Highly Recommended – This place is so YUMMY! I love their Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Mongolian Beef. Chang's Spicy Chicken is wonderful if you are craving hot and spicy!!! I have been there when they are both busy and slow. Customer service always comes with a smile and usually a joke or two. If they are a little busy and flustered, I understand because typically they are top notch. The staff is 'young' as you'd expect at a mall location but I think they all aim to do their best. So American – After hearing all my friends gush about the great food, I had to try P.F Chang's. Wow...what were they thinking? This is not Chinese food. The dishes are more Americanized than your local Chinese take-out place. The high prices did not gaurantee quality and taste. Yet, the dim and well decorated environment makes this place perfect for a date.
