This gussied-up chain bustles with singles and families craving Chinese food favorites. – In Short Towering twin stallions and carved wood screens add majesty and mystery to this stylish restaurant, where well-dressed patrons sip martinis at the bar and families with children feast around large tables or in spacious booths. The menu gives Chinese classics a contemporary tweak; dishes are artfully presented, with many sauces made tableside by servers. Signature plates include diced chicken wrapped in cool lettuce leaves, oran... read more

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Cuisine Limousine Delivery/Catering 100% Sucess – Wonderful job PF Changs did today for our Buffet-Family Style CuisineLimo arranged for takeout today. The catering order was for 130 people (Good size group) Although there are many great choices of chinese restaurants around Bellevue- Redmond. Many of our Clients are extremely happy with PF Changs Chinese. CuisLimo has a great relationship with the head/sue chefs and admen?s (Maybe that increases the wonderful service. Today for lunch we included a... read more

Awsome Lemon Chicken – well you cant say nothing bad about free food i guess, i was told to get the lemon chicken and it was really good not my favorite but it was really good. I was skeptical about trying this place at first, but since I didn?t have to pay I was more than willing. I am unsure if I would eat here again, I am not the type of person who likes to try new things once I find an entree I like I stick to it so I have not tried nothing else from here. If I want lemon chicken I know a better place I prefer to go to, ... read more

Great food, prompt seating (with reservation), good prices – We love the place. the food is great and the service is outstanding. It's loud, but it's a bistro-type so you would expect that. My only complaint is when my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary, the waitress put us at a table in the middle of two families. On one side were the loud kids and on the other table were the parents, who weren't tending to their children. The restaurant should have known better than to place in the middle like that. Other than ... read more

RE: Great Chinese Food – I like the style of the restaurant although it can get packed! As for the menu they have so many dishes to try from, so I just can't get the samething, so what do I recommend? Well, I'm not too much of a meat eater, but their shrimp dishes with noodles, rice, or they have a very different singapore noodle that tastes much different than the regular chinese restaurants with some crumbles on top, which I can do without that, but the dish itself is good! Also, their crabmeats on the appetizer menu are v... read more

It barely gets one star because I couldn't choose no stars – I've only eaten here once and I don't plan on coming back. I've tried the spring rolls (no taste), Kung Pao Chicken (stringy, overdone chicken, tastes like pure soy sauce) and "Spicy Chicken" (which, oddly enough, tastes like spicy soy sauce). The "special sauce" that the waiter tries to dazzle you with is a joke (and vile). You would think the people who dine here were dressed for tea and crumpets at Buckingham Palace, not a pseudo-nu-Asian chain founded by some g... read more

Chain chinese fare because you so trendy – Not bad food. I like the lettuce wraps but make no mistake, this is chain food fare. Because it's located in the "ultra hip" Somerset Collection, I really believe the patrons think that there is something exclusive about PF Changs. PF Changs was brought to you by the same fine folks who have you believing the Olive Garden is authentic Italian. Now if you are willing to wait an hour plus for chain restaurant food, go for it! Otherwise, book a trip to NYC or Chicago or Toronto, visit ... read more

Why is this place rated so high and so full of diners? - its not all that good. – I am amazed that this place is as busy as it is. The food here is really very mediocre. Service at lunch was terrible. The waiter was slow and brought our entree only moments after serving the appetizer. There were three of us at the table and I noticed that all of our entrees had overly dark appearances which indicates an over abundance of soy sauce. The over arching taste taste was of the salt from too much soy on all three dishes. I am just ... read more
