Close to real chinese food – as a chinese student living in the US, I have hard time to find a good chinese resturant offering real chinese food. Well, there is one finally. P.F. Chang is located in the Crabtree Mall. They have wonderful decoration, good service, and their dishes are colorfull and tasty. Reservation is recommend.
Great food!!! – The food is out of this world!! My husband and I just moved here from Louisana and miss the awesome food from down south. The flavor is to die for and great selection!!
Try Shrimp Dumplings – I always get the pan fried shrimp dumplings. They're just the best. & the Lemon Chicken is also wonderful.
Best service hands down – A group of us out for my friend's birthday and ended up having to wait until a large table cleared, which took a lot longer than the restaurant expected. Once we were seated, the waiters brought out five free appetizers. The manager came over and apologized for our wait and asked if there was anything he could do. The chef came over and said he would be making a special entree for our table on the house, which we shared and was absolutely fabulous. Long wait but worth it. – Yeah, I know this is a chain but it was really good. We were told our wait would be 105 minutes...good thing the mall was right there :) Definitely different - lots of food variety, excellent potstickers - which are always my thing. Good and unobtrusive service. Just all around a good experience.
AMERICANIZED chinese food – the atmosphere is very comfortable and "aesthetically pleasing" however there is price to pay: no reservations and be prepared to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour. The food is decent. Sure Beats Those Buffets! – I finally got to try P.F. Chang's with 4 others, and it was the best food I've had in a long time! Each dish had it's own unique twist on an age old Chinese cuisine theme, and each was better than the last. All of us were raving about the food for days! Our biggest complaint however, was the fact that the restaurant was so noisy! Great Looking Bus Boys!!! – The food was great, but out of the all the things I enjoyed about Changs, my favorite had to be the most handsome looking bus boys I have ever seen in a resteraunt, and such gentleman too. They must breed good looking young men in the back where they cook the rice.
Top of the Line – This is our favorite Chinese, and we've tried them all.
