We caught them on a off day. Although the food was good... service wasn't so great.
We have eaten here for several years. Today was the first time I've had a problem. My Shrimp in Lobster sauce was very disappointing. I tried about three bites and couldn't go any further. Sam was our server. He offered other options but I said no. A few moments later the manager came over and offered to remake it. They did and it was as great as ever. Sam was a great server and they made it right. Thanks PF Chang's Memphis.
Good service and a very friendly staff. The food was great and cooked to my satisfaction Will definitely go back,to this restaurant.
Barrett has the best customer service!! He's the bartender and whether you are having drinks or not you should definitely sit at the bar if your party is small enough!! Food is great too!! Never disappointed!! Definitely my favorite place to eat in Memphis!
