Food and service was great.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The 2 of us went in and was greeted by the hostesd that did not seem very knowledgeable. She sat us in a dirty corner booth and she proceeded to wipe off and sat us without drying the table off. We waited 5-10 mins on a waiter. He came and took out order. When the appetizers arrived, there was no silverware and the Gin and Tonic arrived without a proper garnishing of lime. The food is so delicious! I always enjoy.
So I just spent 2 hours in your parking lot waiting for a pickup order that was supposed to be ready at 5pm. Along with Lord knows how many of us.... and when my food did come, 2 hours later, it’s so cold that it doesn’t even taste good. When I asked for my money back, I stupidly prepaid, I was told I’d have to take it to corporate bc the manager wasn’t issuing refunds. So, I’m $115 deep into a cold dinner and on my way to Taco Bell.
