I go here often. I only have ever had one issue with cold food, the manager heard about the food and paid for our meal and brought every dish out immediately piping hot. Couldn't be happier with the staff and food!!
We order from here quite often and always from the gluten free menu to go. We have always encountered the best attitude when we arrive from the server and staff. Always asked if we are happy with the order they show each item before its bagged and they take care to invite you back. Recommend the gluten free items for cost and taste besides have never been sick as they take care not to cross contaminate the food due to allergy.
My fiance and I were here as a gift from our closest friends. Personally I did not like it but my fiance loved everything.
I went to this restaurant for the first time on a Sunday night. There was a 10-15 minute wait, which we ended up waiting about that much time. We were seated in a very crowded area, when there was other more empty spaces. Our server was friendly, but spoke very fast and was hard to understand. We waited about 45 minutes for our sweet and sour chicken. It took a VERY long time to get our drink refills. The food was really good, but not worth the wait, and the poor service prior to receiving our entrees.
I have eaten at P.F. Chang's from Seattle to L.A., Palm Springs, San Diego and Tucson. When they came to Bakersfield it made my day. The food, service and ambience are all superb from the chicken lettuce wrap, the chopped chicken salad and mongolian beef - all tops
I was waiting weeks for P.F`s to open and when I finally went it was kind of bad.Food was dry, slow waitors, and plain confusing.
