The absolute worst service and follow through. We ordered a beers and orange chicken….50 min later and after 2 times asking where our drink and food are. A wrong order comes to our table. Mind blowing incompetence
A lot of additional charges were included in the bill. I was warned, but for your future reference — 30%. The food was good, and the service was great (thank you, Gabriel, for the humor and friendliness). However, the staff seemed stressed and overworked — it looks like they could really use more support. Management should consider hiring more people here.
PF Changs is tradition for every flight I have at LAX. The best Martinis in the world and only Mary knows how to make them! She makes the start of every trip as amazing as can be. Get your preflight cocktail at the bar here! :)
So HR got creative by having people complain to the company personally instead of having people write a bad food review. Also they only recommend the customers to write a good review when it’s convenient for them. How is this place going to get better if the HR is just putting all the complaints under the carpet. You ain’t fooling anyone! Once you sit down read all the instructions that HR wants you to read! Bad service & bad food! Me & my wife walked away. Look on all the bad reviews.
