This location is a mile from my home. I ordered becaise I saw a promotional on line for a 12 dollar pizza. I decided to try. I go to pick up food and realized I was charged for the wrong food. Okay no big deal....tjey fix it and apologize. I go to look at the pizza and the only cut half of it. :/
This was our second time there. First time, food was delicious, but service was super slow. We gave them another shot. Today, I was charged the incorrect amount TWICE for our order! After seeing I was overcharged for the second time, and didn't want to keep refunding and recharging my card for our order, the girl who was helping me offered me a dessert. We order delivery often without complaints but the last couple times our orders have not been correct. And we order the samething everytime we order! Very frustrating.
Great menu!! Delicious pizza!!! You won't be disappointed!!!
Hate to bad-mouth any business, knowing we all have bad days. But I have to say the carry-out pizza we had was horrible. Most of it ended up in the trash.
My Pezz sandwich was cold (was supposed to be toasted) the messed up two parts of our order, pizza was luke warm at best and there were only three tables (including us) in the dining room. When the manager came by she could see I'd only eaten two bites of my sandwich and pushed it aside--she didn't bother to ask if anything was wrong. Won't be back, will never recommend.
