This place is good. Too bad they don't deliver to us or we'd be able to enjoy it more. We live 6 miles away
Ordered meat lovers pizza and cheesy garlic bread. Cheesy garlic bread and dipping sauce was excellent. Pizza was good but not great. I think a little more experimentation with sauce and cheese and you will be right on target. Was first time there and it was 12:00 noon on Sunday. Only 2 other tables were taken so it wasn't busy. Had a great pizza BBQ with pineapple can't go wrong ..
25 min wait for 3 cannolis (wife says they are lacking flavor and the worst cannoli she's ever eaten), employee cussing like a sailor to the manager and she allowed it, other two customers waiting on their to-go orders complaining it takes forever and two different families walk out because they were never greeted and seated and its was everyone's 1st time there... This place is a train wreck.... I told the manager what I thought and she argued with me.... Definitely will not be back!!
I don't know what was worse. The food or the creepy server that kept on trying to take our plates while we were still eating. Won't bother going back.
My wife and I are here now after driving through the pouring rain and bumper to bumper traffic. I have my heart set on the cuban sandwich and my wifes fave is their toasted raviolis. I love me some PEZZIMENTI'S. Were always pleased with our meals here at Pezz's Cafe. I highly recommend everyone who gets a chance to come try this delicious eating establishment.
First time eating there. Took over an hour and a half to get our food. and the pizza was soggy and the toasted ravioli was cold bad first experience. I will not go back. And they also where going to credit us for our food but when we left no one could be found.
Awful service. Complete waste of our time. We sat in their 'drive-thru' for over 10 minutes to pick up our pizza and they completely ignored us the entire time. Not 1 person out of 6 working came to the window to even ask who we were picking up for and 2 of them clearly saw us sitting there. Called them and knocked on the window and they still didn't bother to do anything.
I thought the pizza was good. The whole order at the counter thing I didn't care for, but thats me. Table service would easily makes this place a 4 star.
