I’m very upset about something that happened during my visit. The nurse who took care of us was very nice, but I accidentally left my laptop charger in the room. When I came back for it, I was told it wasn’t there—not even in lost and found. That doesn’t make sense. Patients’ and parents’ belongings should never just “disappear.” I know nurses don’t clean the rooms(they said she’s the one that cleaned the room), and even cleaning staff are supposed to turn in anything they find. Doctors didn’t seem to care about what was going on they only had concerns for what they were reading from a previous er visit somewhere else. They don’t listen to the parents at all
