So we just went to Pet Zoo in River Eagle to buy feed for our adult hens and we went by the baby chicks (3 weeks) old and there were two chicks with bloody behinds being pecked like crazy! My husband gets a clerk and he tells us there isn't much they can do...my husband then tells him they can spray Blue Coat on them. Well they weren't going to do anything about it so we came home with 2 new chicks we just couldn't leave them there. If a store going to sell animals you would think they would take care of them...
Sorry to see the negative comments posted by Kelsey and Joshua earlier this month. We're long time customers of the Wasilla PetZoo and have found employees to be quite friendly and helpful. Perhaps the employees Kelsey and Joshua encountered were having a bad day. We all have bad days every now and then - even as customers.
Due to several extremely unprofessional employees [WasilIa location] I will order my food and supplies wholesale while they represent your company.
The Palmer location is the BEST. I have shopped here for years.
Thanks for letting me return/credit a new bag of dog food that my dogs refused to eat. I didn't have a receipt, but it was on my rewards card and within 30 days of purchase. Appreciate the customer service at the Dimond store today!!
Palmer Animal Food Warehouse/Pet Zoo. I've been a loyal customer since about 1998. Great customer service, friendly and helpful staff. Special kudos to my favorite warehouseman, Brian Hoppe!
Best customer service around! Plus it's the only store that carries the food my pups eat! Won't go anywhere else :)
