Every time I leave this store it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The vibes of this store are way off. I mean I am all for covid precautions, but I feel like this store has taken it to an uncomfortable level. The cashiers are such bullies, I have personally witnessed a cashier bully a grandma because she couldn't understand their strict 6 feet, step back, do this, DON'T do this type of rules. I was treated by a leper by your cashier, keep in mind I was wearing a mask and so was she. there's a big plexiglass barrier. she had me stand on a marker 6 feet back and asked me to shout out my phone number for the rewards (no thanks). Then to enter my card and pin number it got even weirder she left the booth. I realize we're in a pandemic that's why I'm wearing a mask. I don't like being treated this way so I'll be going to Petco.
One of my favorite pet stores! All the employees are very nice and knowledgeable. If they don’t know the answers to any of my questions, they know someone who does. Best store ever. My dog also loves every single employee
I’ve tried several times to call and speak to someone directly but I never seem to be able to. Anyway. About a month ago I brought my son in to buy our first snake, you might remember the name “inferno” lol I just wanted to thank the multiple people who offered their input and advice to aide in setting us up for success. My daughters and I visited this store on Friday and were helped by Erin, who was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She talked my daughter through getting a pet mouse and actually got us a cart, and everything we would need to care for it. I haven’t had customer service like that in SO long. It was wonderful!

Wes at Wasilla Pet Zoo is such a wealth of knowledge! He’s very approachable and helps me make informed purchases. I come exclusively to pet zoo to seek his council in both aquatic and herp husbandry. 👏🏻🐟🐊🐀🐁🐇
