Everyone so far has been great to talk to and from what I have looked at in the store seems to be pretty good on quality and prices. Need some modifications to our mooring cover and from what I hear I'm feeling very comfortable with the canvas shop doing the alterations.
Great experience, great people!!!!! I highly recommend Petzold's and absolute pleasure to buy a boat from them.
I had Petzold's Marine Center perform work on my boat and the customer service I received was great. I received photos of the project while in progress, timely updates and when I had a question or concern Petzold's Marine went over the top to make sure I was taken care of. Customer service most of the time feels like a thing from the past unfortunately but that was not the case with Bob or any of his friendly staff at Petzold's Marine. Based upon my experience I would highly recommend them.
