We used to love this place and recommended everyone but lately not a fan. It feels like they are trying to push their plan on us every time we go. We were told if we added the dental rider it would cover the dental till we get a call saying it’s going to be 2800 on top of the plan. They told me they explained it to my husband that extractions were not covered like it was his fault. He told me he even asked this will cover everything on the estimate which had the extractions on it and was told yes.This place will nickle and d... read more
Definitely not what they used to be when they first opened. An estimate on a procedure turned into almost double the price when they put my dog under and just gave childish little laughs when we asked what the insurance was for that we signed up for. Whatever you do don’t sign up for their insurance and don’t come here. Once I get my dog back later today I will be finding a new vet for all my animals.
I can't say enough good things about this Pet Vet 365 location. Dr. Ostrosky and Dr Ross have been nothing short of amazing in taking care of my senior dog Nellie. They have been kind, patient, thorough, and caring in working with my dog and the care she needs. The techs that we have met with have also been great as well -- I can't remember all of their names but I think one is Laura who we have met with several times.
