God bless this place & all of its staff! In this era it seems very few places actually care about the customer but Petvet 365 has given me back some hope in humanity! Very nice people and while you wait you're put into a individual room. Which has a small love seat and chair and plenty of toys for your dog or cat. They explain exactly what treatment and tests they recommend and what each thing costs . If some things are too expensive or you believe not needed at the time the will adjust bill and dont force anything on you.
I've taken all of my cats here over the last few years. I love that PetVet365 is open on weekends. They have great availability for appointments and I can usually get my cats in to be seen same day or the next day. When we get there we get to go straight into our room so there's no opportunity for waiting room drama. The vets always see my cats in the room.
