We love Dr. Morse and the team at PetVet365 Terminal. We run a rescue and take dogs there almost every week. Their staff is kind and patient with all our requests and scheduling changes. We appreciate how they communicate and check-in with us after appointments.
My cat and I had a wonderful first vet visit today. I didn’t have to wait very long to be seen as a walk-in. The cat rooms are so comforting, with calming pheromones, TVs with bird sounds, a rug, couch and perches for cats to relax. Dr. Theo was thorough, and validated my concerns. Kelly was kind and informative of the fear free method. Thanks to the wonderful staff, my kitties ears will be feeling better in no time :).
They did not address my Cat's concerns or give me an estimate as I requested, instead they just handed me a bill for not doing anything...
They took great care me me and my Levi. I would suggest them to everyone. Ten out of ten.
