I love this place I take my new puppy here and they are so nice and answer all my questions. I had to put my 19 year old baby down on Mothers Day due to cancer and I went to the one in The Terminal in the Strip District and I can’t tell you how wonderful they were. Very compassionate and treated her with respect.
I've taken my neurotic Siamese mutts to PV365 Shadyside twice now, and we've been welcomed with sensitivity and understanding both times. I really appreciate the ability to take them immediately into the "cat room" away from the equally nervous canines. The fact that techs and Dr. Hutchinson both sit on the floor with them is pretty big. No more slippery steel table, just friendly persuasion. I had a really great experience here. I was beside myself because my ckd kitty was having a vomming episode. It was the weekend and my regular vet was closed. My buddy couldn’t keep his regular medicine down so I brought him in to get a cerenia shot. They seemed super genuine, empathetic and kind and were able to fit me in on short notice. Will def return if I have another emergency
I was extremely impressed with the set up of this vet practice. The exam rooms which don't look like exam rooms at all. So comfortable and relaxing. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I just never seen anything like this before and I've had pets for over 45 years!
Scammers. Charged me nearly $400 for 3 days of painkillers and wanted over $1000+ for X-rays. If you have a cat take them to the cat clinic across the street they are less than half the price of these vultures.
