I used PetVet 365 for my dog’s routine care for the last three years and generally had no major complaints when it came to basic veterinary care. However, once my dog was diagnosed with oral cancer, the experience became an absolute nightmare. Communication has been completely unacceptable. I scheduled a vet tech appointment to have my cat's claws trimmed and being new to the area, chose PetVet365 for their convenient location as I was up against a deadline for a cat sitter and it was "just a nail trim." First off, let me say the single star goes to all of the staff who were friendly to me and more importantly, very sweet to my cat. If I could give this place a zero stars I would. The office manager is rude. They are extremely overpriced. They force you into using their pharmacy which charges you dispensing fees and 2.5 times the cost for the medication than if you go anywhere else. Their office staff can't get prescriptions correct. My first prescription they gave me only half of what I purchased and then told me that I was wrong about the dosage the Dr. ordered and insisted I was only supposed to get 15 pills when I was supposed to get 30.
