We walked in with an emergency situation after our dog had been vomiting all night. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, they fit us in. Every single staff member we dealt with was kind and helpful, making sure to explain every step of the exam and treatment process. They were very transparent about costs and our options and were patient while we decided what to do. They gave us a lot of helpful information so we felt confident and less stressed by the time we left. Our pup was feeling much better by the next day and t... read more
My approximately 11 year old cat had been having violent sneezing attacks for about 2 1/2 years. I took him numerous times to the vet I had dealt with for multiple pets for the past 20+ years. Over the past several years they changed hands and had many different doctors. She listened to every question and concern I had. She conducted a thorough examination of both dogs and gave me options for each of them. The 80 lb Lab has allergies and is sho... read more
I am sharing my experience to provide factual insight for other pet owners managing chronic illnesses. My cat has been a diagnosed IMHA patient and an established client at this facility for approximately two years. I have always strictly followed their care suggestions until recently falling into financial destitution due to surviving a traumatic domestic violence separation which I escaped on April 1st when a PFA was enforced—a vulnerability I was completely open with the clinic about. Throughout our time here, communicati... read more
I am so thankful I found PetVet365 in North Fayette. I recently had to take my dog Neela there, and everyone could not have been kinder. The doctor literally got down on the floor with Neela, took her time with her, and was so gentle and compassionate. She explained everything that was going on, made sure I understood what was happening, and talked through the best options for Neela. Because of Neela’s age, she did not push unnecessary testing or expensive procedures. Instead, she recommended a course of treatment focused on... read more
