Amazing. Compassionate. Caring. Nonjudgemental. Emotionally Safe for you and physically safe for your animals. Accommodating. Understanding. I’ve had traumatic horrible experiences with vets before and I feel like I will never have to worry about that with this vet. They were there when I needed to put my 16 year old shadow down, they were there when my 8 year old Olaf got a really bad infection in his rear end. I can't say enough wonderful things about everyone at PetVet 365. We followed Dr. Morse from Banfield and I have never regretted it. Our oldest cat is complicated. She is a VIP member. Everyone is always willing to answer questions via text outside of normal hours as part of that plan. They love animals and u can tell. I have no doubt she is still alive bc they prioritize care over money!
