The nurse (champagne)was so very helpful and very friendly with all the questions I asked. My dog loved her too! Lexie the mini golden doodle
Recently visited because my dog had an ear infection. The veterinarian was Dr Jennifer Ball. She did a good job and I appreciate that they fit him in to be seen. Overall, there are the plusses and minuses. Plusses: Staff are friendly and genuinely love animals. If you pay about $100 a month for their “care plan” then your pet’s basic evaluations and standard vaccines plus preventatives are covered, and you can show up to be seen as needed (that said, even with the care plan, by dog’s recent ear infection set me back $300). Plus you can get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, in fact when I've had urgent issues I've gotten in same day no pro... read more

If you pay about $100 a month for their “care plan” your pet’s basic evaluations and standard vaccines + preventatives are covered and you can show up to be seen as needed. Minuses: Wait time can be long, even for just a booster shot, even when your furry friend has an appointment. PetVet365 is a chain, and like other vet practices they will try to sell you on very expensive Rx flea and tick killing medications (>$300/year that) that sadly do nothing to prevent ticks fr... read more
