First time going to a Pet Vet in the south Post Road TSC and will not return. The vet on duty, Kendra Grimes, was rude and seemingly unconcerned with my dogs' wellbeing. I have a nervous dog and the tech proceeded to pin her down to administer shots, creating more fear from the dog. We asked them to stop, they did and tried again. All the ladies were very sweet 🩷
Iv gone to these clinics a lot and always had good care. This time the vet tried 5-6 times to pull blood for the heartworm test. She was going to try in my dogs neck then changed her mind. I wouldn’t have let her. My husky is a sweet dog. The tech began holding her way too tightly. Any dog would have struggled. So the vet couldn’t get the vein w my dog struggling then she calmed down and vet couldn’t get it still. I’ll never let her or the tech treat my dog again.
