Auto Plaza Ford in Fredericktown MO is a joke. We (Rinda Vandergriff and Beverly Craft) called for a cost for a tuneup on Friday. Told a tuneup was $295. They did not tell us that price did not include all that was need for a tuneup. A tune up is now up to almost $700. We dropped the van off Sunday night so they would have it first thing Monday morning for an 8am appointment. We called at 12, they were just getting to it. Then the phone calls. Make sure you read over the paperwork that the Finance/Sales Manager, ISAAC has you sign. He had us sign paperwork, but never mentioned that the car was a SERVICE CAR and had 3800 plus miles on it. Stuck now. We signed the papers. Buyer Beware Eve and Jerry Yaekel
