Would not recommend this place at all. They had a rusted car marked up $3000 above value and the ac did not work at all! Crazy! They said due to the inventory shortage! Is that why you rip people off? Inventory shortage?

I absolutely loved Chrysler in DeSoto Missouri Brian Ziegler was a wonderful sales person very friendly totally for the customer and what they were looking for very well-mannered and you can tell he loves his job and what he does I also want to give kudos to Mike not sure on the last name and to mr. Look under your vehicles for rust or (oxidation) service department will tell you it's normal on a brand new vehicle from Chrysler ! And service department has no problem lying to you right in person ! Told me they sent pictures to Chrysler of the under carriage on our 2017 Ram !500 . Chrysler was told that Auto Plaza didn't feel the need to send them . But I do have pictures that I took ! #TRUSTISSUES with service department !!!!!
