We chose Dominic out of pure luck. It was the best experience we could have had. He was funny, professional, and very prompt in every interaction we had during the process of buying our home. Working with Dominic and the Petturzzelli team was the best buying and selling experience you could ask for. They are all fun easy going people and able to to make one of the more stressful events in life a smooth transition and as stress free as is gets.
Jenna showed up prepared with a nice selection of homes to view. She showed my family a half dozen homes and it was a great experience. I would refer her to friends and family because it was a smooth transition.
Dominic and his team always kept me updated on the status of my home sale! From the beginning he was helpful in getting my house ready to put on the market by putting together an awesome virtual walk-through of my home as well as professional pictures posted to most real estate websites. When my first offer fell through he was quick to get another offer on the house within 3 days for the same amount as the last buyers who was unable to complete their contingent offer. referred by a friend in the seattle area and found dominic and jenna and was a great experience, It was very professional. Jenna always gave us daily updates on our offer and when we were in the loan process to let us know how things were moving along as well as how the appointments were going with appraisals and inspections. Always answered any questions very quickly and made sure that we were comfortable with the way things were going.
Dominic Petruzzelli responded initially to my request for help when I called the phone # on a sign outside a house for sale. He showed me a couple of houses and was very courteous. I thought my experience working with Dominic was excellent, very easy and stress free. He knows how to word everything to where people who aren't familiar with the real estate process know whats going on, such as myself. Anytime i called he usually answered and if not called me right back. Highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.
