Loyal Customer – I have been going to Petticoat Fair for 6 year and my mother for 15. I have never had a bad experience there. I have brought them 4 formal dresses they helped me find perfect underthings for and they always have the widest selection of things in my (busty) size. I operate a fashion website and I reccomend them there too. YOu get your own private dressing room that is lovely, then they size you and bring you things so you don't have to search. Lowest hassle underwear shopping anywhere.
Uncommon size? Go here! – I had a very positive experience at Petticoat Fair. The salespeople were very professional and helpful. I did not receive any rude treatment- only quick and friendly service! You should definitely try it if you have an uncommon size and have problems finding it at department stores. But make sure you're in love with what you buy. The return policy is impossible...
EVEN RUDE ON THE PHONE – I called to get information on where they were located and also to see if I needed an appointment and other things and the laday that answered the phone was even rude. I told her that I should have known better then to call because of the review and she acted like oh well......
rude, rude, rude – The women that work in this store are easily the rudest people I've ever dealt with. The owner is among them. Horrible customer service and BEWARE of the "return" policy. You may as well just hand them a $100 bill and walk out of the store happy you gave them a donation for their rudeness classes.
