Loved the service and food!! Highly recommend it before going to the theatre.
Amazing food, especially the Steak Diane. What will bring me back though is the excellent customer service; I called the restaurant to try and get a reservation during a busy time, and explained that we were celebrating my father's birthday, because he recently passed away and Petterino's was his favorite restaurant. Absolutely wonderful! The wait was a little long so I recommend setting a reservation, but the wait was worth it without a doubt! I had a filet and it was mouth-watering good. Our server was amazing and he worked really hard!
The food was awesome, but we used the valet service and went to a play. When we came out, a woman had fallen in front of the restaurant. My fiancé and three other men were there helping her. I went into the restaurant to ask for ice and a blanket. The first waiter blew me off saying he had to seat someone. The second waiter ignored me and told me others were ahead, the third got me a table cloth after all were seated and I went to the manager for ice but by the time I received it ten minutes later, the ambulance was there.
