Poor food and poor service. This is the last time I will go to Petterino's. My husband and I went after "War Paint". We had the feeling that the server was less than happy to be serving us. Food was terrible. We had hamburgers and they were dry and bun was terrible. Our plates were cleared very fast and we had to try several doors that had been locked before another customer in the restaurant showed us the correct door.

We were in Chicago today to see "Beautiful, The Carole King musical" (WONDERFUL!) and we were looking for a place to eat lunch before the show. First time for us at Petterino's. I LOVE YOUR RESTAURANT!!!!! The food was to die for! We tried the Baked Rigatoni and the Pot Pie!!!! OH MY! Needless to say, we will be back....again and again. Your staff was very welcoming, our waiter, friendly and attentive, the pace of the meal, perfect! Thank you!!!
