I really appreciate the response of Petter Built. They came and checked out my heating issues right away. They could have easily upcharged me for a minor issue and said I need etc etc etc for the typical winter burn smelling scenario. Instead they charged only their minimum fee. In addition, they took the time to explain the best practices we should do for the upcoming cold spells. Thanks again.

Caleb and Al Petter did an outstanding job installing my new HVAC system in my building. Attention to detail on every aspect with performance of the Carrier system. When one of our AC units went out on us this summer we decided to contact Petter Built based on positive reviews we were seeing about them and the fact that it was a local, family-owned business. In my personal experience, I find that these types of businesses tend to take greater pride in their work and focus more on their customers than larger ones. I highly recommend Petter Built Heating and Cooling as your “go-to” repair or replacement service. On 6/15/21they did a complete replacement of my 2-1/2 ton and 3-1/2 ton Carrier cooling systems for my two-story home. On that day at the end of the job as I was paying the invoice, I mentioned to them that this was the best money that I have spent to maintain my home since it was first built 14 years ago. Very good company!! I would recommend them to all my family and friends! They repaired my AC in the same day on a Friday. They installed a new motor a couple months later for the bear price in town! Look no further this is the best AC repair company in town!
