I went into the store on Campbell to purchase a toy today. The registers were slightly confusing (the only one with a cashier had a sign that said please use other register) so I asked the closest employee where I should check out. She literally looked at me and turned away... didn't say ONE WORD. So finally the cashier came and helped us but wow. I've never felt more unwelcome in a store in my life. You could definitely tell that most of the workers in that store HATE their jobs and/or lives.
Your website & Facebook is a little misleading. Under fish.... I went to 3 of your locations to look for coral & SW fish. All I found was a bunch of Aiptasia & a little clownish that looked like a head with bones. Poor guy is going to starve to death.
