My boy Astro recently passed on 10/10/2022. I knew I wanted to have him cremated but didn’t know the process of it. I called Pets to Remember at 11pm at night and spoke with Mr. Galante. The two women who arrived to remove my big, beautiful dog after his passing were extremely polite and very respectful. I really appreciated their care for him after a long and extremelly difficult day. Victor was very helpful on the phone as well. He patiently explained what would happen and when. I was most grateful to everyone for their help at such a painful and difficult time.

My 21 year old cat passed in his sleep. I can’t say enough good things about Pets to remember, the kindness and empathy was felt in my first phone call. They were so respectful and explained everything to me. I felt my cat was well taken care of and respected.
I recently lost my cat Pepper of 11.5 years. Having someone take him from me was incredibly hard. We were saddened by the loss of our sweet Marlee who passed with old age, in our arms surrounded by love. We called pets to remember and they took over from there... making our sad loss into such a beautiful tribute... they arrived at our house within an hour - such a special company that took her in such a peaceful way only to return within a week with her ashes in a beautiful wooden box ... on our mantle so Marlee can still be with her family in spirit!
