I could not have possibly asked for a better experience. I lost my best friend two days before Christmas and Victor made this process much more bearable. He gave me peace of mind that my boy would be well taken care of. I received my custom urn and it was absolutely perfect. He did everything he could to console me during one of the hardest times of my life.
Victor was absolutely amazing. Losing our pet was so very difficult for us (especially so close to the holidays). Victor’s prompt response and professionalism helped us through this very sad time. I would recommend this service mainly because of the prompt response. Calling anyone for help at 6:30 am and actually talking to a real person who understands and is compassionate is very rare these days. Victor answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. He travelled over three hours to my home. I love how he mentioned multiple times that he handles pet like he handles people. Makes me feel our dog was taken cared of even to the point she’s gone. Victor was very informative and I felt his compassion to what he’s doing. It’s our 1st time to deal with such sad event, and it was a blessing I came across them. Was very hard and sad to lose my dog. But Victor took his time and worked with us and made sure that we were ok and my dogs was well cared for even in death.
