Decided to stop in today, to do some Black Friday shopping.....talked with one of the groomers and decided to drive home (a hour there, and a hour hour back) to bring our 9 month old Labradoodle to be groomed. Which he was in terrible need of. Living on the bayou, isn’t ideal for a Doodles coat btw. He was matted. And needed special attention. Asher took awesome care of our Beau. He was super patient. I got an email for free bag of cat or dog food from Petsmart. Awesome right.... Well the first bag of cat food had nothing but cobwebs on the food and dead moths mixed in as well. So, I go today to get another one and this one a lil better, but found a piece of plastic in the food. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO YOURS PETS FOOD!! I never thought it could happen to me, but it did 2x and I went to different Petsmarts.
Petsmart is an ok place but the one experience with the in-house veterinarian wasn't so great.
The grooming salon staff are AMAZING. They treat my dog like royalty every time.
Miss Dianna, who oversaw the adoption of Izzy, was very attentive. She made us feel very comfortable, putting our minds at ease during the adoption process. PetSmart associates like Dianne and very affordable prices are the main reasons why my wife and I will definitely be dedicated customers.
