Majority of the Banfield staff is very knowledgeable and friendly but there are some that have NO IDEA what they are talking about. I was signed up for a plan that I was paying $65/month for since I got my puppy in February. Dell helped me a ton finding a proper aquarium and terrarium. He was very knowledgeable regarding fish enclosures and habitats. Highly recommend him!
Worst experience ever 2 times!!!! Promised a 20 dollar discount. Because a new person saw a purple spot from immunization. Doctors at banfield said she couldn’t understand. It’s common. Groomer cut his ear and chest. Go back for next grooming, we received 4 dollars discount. He had 4 brown spots. There 3:56 minuets. Smells life a dog who hasn’t bathed in a month!!!! Horrible!!!! I’m canceling banfield and anything to do with petsmart!!! Never take your animal there of any kind!!!’ Nightmare!!!’ Bathe the damn animal!!!
We just acquired a baby red-eared slider turtle and we needed to get a habitat set up for it. Ben was very helpful, provided good advice, and was very friendly.
