BIG PROBLEM! I purchased a collar for my dog there a couple weeks ago. It was on sale. Unfortunately I got the wrong size, I returned it yesterday to get a smaller size and they wanted to charge me the full price. BULL SH*T! Very very unhappy with PetSmart I will never shop there again, unless they can make this right. I did send them an email only to get blah blah blah in return!
