I had an appointment with the groomer and because they have no clue how to cut long hair they wanted to shave my dogs hair my money can be spent wiser they have no clue how to cut any shave your dogs hair do not waste your time
Great service with the Banfield Pet Hospital , they are wonderful. We have our dog on the wellness program and we love it. Great store too.
Want to petsmart 3 days ago spent a $152 try to return one item for 1399 use my debit card they told me I had to get store credit because I didn't have my debit card . Any other store gives you cash back when you use debit so what I'm going to do now is to turn my whole $152 order take Them my debit card and they lose a $152 sale all over 1399 that's why I don't shop at petsmart haven't shopped there and 5 years figured I'd give it another shot yeah No I'll do Petco
Even though I had an issue with my dog's first grooming experience, the manager handled it extremely well! Additionally, the docs at Banfield clinic are awesome at this location. You guys definitely defy the negative comments that are being spread about other Petsmart stores! Thank you for the level of professionalism that makes me feel confident that my baby is well taken care of
