Petsmart Harftord CT Extremely disappointed with their services. I left my dog in the hotel program and when I checked her the next morning I found her with poop all over her private area. Also, they didn't apply the proper meditation (a chewable one, that can be thrown from a decent area) at the moment that she needed with the excuse that she was growling to the staff and they are mandated to watch the dog consuming the medication but they were afraid to get close to her. Horrible management let go of an amazing Trainer for providing customer service above and beyond. They state this is theft however if we didn't receive her extraordinary service we likely wouldn't have shopped here. It is very difficult to get assistance when needed and staff have a lack of knowledge. I will not be returning and plan on telling others.
