No one around to see if we needed help with anything the young lady in the fish dept didn't have a clue in some instances and really seemed put out by our request for a particular fish. Looked for several minutes to find an item and was not approached by any of the employees.
What's up with the temple store? Everytime I go in to purchase the line is long, 1 person working register and 3 standing around talking, nomore Petco just got my business.
I have never felt so used and abused by a company. They lie cheat and steal just to make a dollar. They will not return my call even though I have called now three times over 6 months and they don't even care enough about there customers to even give a call back.
The first time I had my dog groomed they did a great job. The second time I took her there they said they bathed and groomed her but there is no way they could of, because I told them my 4yr old touched her when she had ketchup on her hands and got it on my dog, my dog still had ketchup on her fur when I picked her up 4 hours later, and her face was dirty and she smelt like a dirty dog that they sprayed with a mint smell perfume. So unhappy with the groomers here. Three times we've been there. The first time was fine. Second time they waited until we arrived to tell me I booked the wrong service online--when I asked how long they knew they said since they checked the schedule earlier in the day. But no one called to tell me. Today my husband scheduled the appointment but accidentally called the wrong store. The people in this store were so rude when I went in.
