I went in to adopt two kittens on July 5 2019. The kittens were all mixed up and it took so long to figure out who we wanted to take home. Petsmart guarantees that they are socialized and have a clean bill or health, along with clean litter boxes and food. It smelled so bad in there, the litter boxes had not been cleaned and the kittens were so scared of people. we ended up taking two whom they had to take them and go check their chip because it was still unknown who was who. now they both are sick with diarrhea. Chrysanthemum was a very happy dog today!
I have stewed on this for a couple of weeks. I have used this salon in the past and it was fine but this last time I guess the groomer was just lazy. She was done in just 2 hours....instead of combing her ears out she cut them so short it will take years to grow back out. She is a Shih Tzu. The groomer never took time with her. I will never go back there. Guess they hire trainees. No I don’t recommend them at all!
worst service ever!!!! was even trying to adopt a dog but was very rudely turned away because I am disabled!!! I would only recommend the I-35 location in Round Rock TX 78664
