Check out un-resolved complaint 9558711 filed with Better Business Bureau. They do not care about your pets and are known to hurt animals while being groomed, then lie about what happened. Store manager Maria does not care about resolving issues with customers. They try to buy you off with more services in the hands of the dangerous care providers there. My dog mysteriously had a tooth ripped from his mouth. Go elsewhere if you love your animals!
