Shelby is great, I have a puppy and he did very well with her in the grooming department! Staff is always friendly. I know you can't please everyone but the staff in the mornings is always amazing!! There is a very nice woman at the cash register -she asks my puppy to sit then gives him a treat-I'm pretty positive my puppy loves coming to just see her!

We got our puppy Hank back on Easter and have taken him to this petsmarts vet office ever since and we LOVE their staff! They have been nothing but nice and always take such good care of Hank! Today i had to rush Hank over literally 10 mins before they closed and they took him right in without a second thought! Even tho it turned out not to be a huge deal they took their time to check him and make sure he was ok! Can't thank you guys enough for everything!
Phrases like "should be" and "I think so" should not be used when answering customers' questions. The employees of this store and the Banfield "pet hospital" can't be bothered to learn anything about what their jobs require, and they have no desire to serve customers and their pets. Avoid this store and the "pet hospital."
Not going back. Claim my yorkie was too hypher so they couldn't give him a hair cut, but they managed to give him a bath. Ridiculous. I waited all of 3 hours for absolutely nothing. I normally go to Athens, but they were booked for the next two days. Definitely not going back to Winder pet smart ever again.
I will never take my dogs back to this groomers. My poor poodle's hair was absolutely butchered, and this is not the first time. Kept going back because sometimes the cut was amazing, and other times it was subpar. Her hair this time was gapped and way to short. My poor baby looks like a little white rat. Never again. We will be finding a new groomer for all three of our dogs asap.
Rachael is such an amazing dog trainer! She really has your pets best interest as the #1 priority!
