I took my dog in for a furminator and nail trim today. Picked him up and the pamphlet says nails are good. His nails were not trimmed at all. His rear dewclaws are almost an inch long. I don't feel comfortable cutting them which was the main reason I took him in. Then the lady says he's stressed and I should bring him in on a less busy day like the weekend. The manager and his staff are rude !!!!! Kayla the cashier should be fired !!!!!! I have never been treated at any store so poorly as I was treated at this location . I called corporate and they are handling this situation . I refuse to go back to this location .
Friendly staff, clean store, lady went out of her way to help with advice on leash for big dog that is an escape artist. Grooming area nice and clean, i have appointment for Tues.
Our first time with our dog for cutting nails. Great customer service from Bryce and Elizabeth. ( another young lady came to help not able to remember her name.) They took care of our dog and help us answering all our questions. Good job �
The lady that helped us get my sons first fish was great! I had some questions and she was very knowledgeable. I appreciated her help so much. I had done some research before I got to the store so I knew already what I was looking for.
