I had a great experience with the salon. My puppy ran into a table and spilled wax melt all over himself. They did a great job getting it off of him.

Had a 9:30 appt to get my mini schnauzer groomed.Cassie told me it would take 3 or 4 hrs.At 4hrs hadn't called.I went to check back and he was still sitting in the kennel.They told me he had a bath but I don't know.I was told they got really busy even though there was no dog being groomed when I took him in and no dog being groomed when I picked him up.I told them to just give me my dog and I thought I was going to have to call the police.
