Will not show responsibility for a lost dog from their grooming facility. Didn't secure dog and he got loose and a lady reported she had dog and cashier so stupid that she didn't exchange names or numbers and now a family has lost their fur baby. And their not CONCERNED. I wouldn't shop this store if there wasn't any other available. Get good people or close your doors. REALLY?
Groomers didn't secure my friend's dog's collar correctly and it got loose then was taken by a stranger. On a previous visit saw someone not able to put their dog in their car after a grooming appointment because it was bleeding profusely from after being cut by the groomer. Irresponsible.
You guys cant run a business you neglect your cats and its so not right they didnt ask to be put in a dirty cage for months on end and not get any attention or affection they look miserable and its heart breaking for alot of cat lovers you shouldnt run a business if Ur not gonna run it right
Absolutely love this petsmart! All the employees are very friendly and helpful!! And I really love Rachel the trainer! My puppy is in one of her classes and I couldn't imagine a better person to teach these classes! She loves the dogs like they are her own!!
Took our cockapoos to be groomed and so happy With their trims! Hope did an awesome job! We will be taking them back again!
Took our large 90 lbs dog to get nails cut and a bath.. He looks great, however his nails do not.. We explained he was hypwr active and a handful, but were assured it wouldnt be a problem.. We could have done the same hack job at home.. Pretty disappointed.. Would not recommend this service to anyone..
