RecommendedTook Snoopy for the first time to get a bath & trim. His appointment was with Sam, she is AWESOME!! We take him in all the time to get his nails cut but this was a first for a bath. He's going back in 8 weeks for another. WE LOVE SAM!!!
I feel like maybe the reasons I am upset may have not been the same outcome had there not been so many activities going on today. With that being said, today was the worst trip I have had to this store. One, it is not equipped with an electric scooter or even a wheelchair. So if you have family that would require this, do not go here. I should have decided not to myself. instead, I chose to take my crutches and slid on the floor causing a staple to tear loose. Store is good, grooming is horrible. Took our new puppy in for her free puppy bath from the puppy coupon book, it didn’t say anything about her nails getting trimmed and we were not told they were going to do that. Her 2nd nail was cut too close and was bleeding, she has white nails and the quick is easily visible, we immediately stopped them. Will never go back for any grooming!
I love the store. Would never trust the groomers. My aunt took her dog to the groomers there. I don't know what they did to her while they had her, but she was very skittish and acted sick for weeks after. The vet said she wasn't sick. So what are those girls doing to the dogs when no one is looking?
