Absolutely unacceptable! Shame on you PetSmart!
I’ve been a regular. Forgot about time change so my dog couldn’t get groomed today. Oh well. Someone is looking for new clients. They canceled me I canceled them today I load the 100 pound up get all the way there and was a hour late. They know my number. And they didn’t cut him. Didn’t even seem busy. Oh well shame on you.
RecommendedGrooming staff was very friendly, gentle, and did an amazing job!
Always had good service there. Britney in the hair salon does great with our goldens and they love her too.
We took our Golden Retriever to the Groomers. Brittany did an excellent job on him. I like that they give us an overall “report card” to tell us how he did.
went there today employees was more interested in talking about personal things to each other. will not be back. Rather go to Paws and Claws a local small business, who are willing to help.
Grooming staff are careless and indifferent.
Do not waste your time or money getting your dogs groomed here! I brought my dog here for a very basic trim in between groomings at an actual dog groomer, and Salon Leader Mariah BOTCHED my poor dog’s cut. It’s way shorter than we specifically asked, her ears are cut extremely short and are completely jagged. A complete waste of $42.
been taking my dog there for 2 years. had an appointment on Saturday. was sent a text Thursday to say my appointment had been canceled. called to ask why, was told the person who trimmed my dog had quit. no one called to let me know or to work with setting me up with another groomer. just sent a text saying my appointment was canceled. customer service was rude, told me good luck finding a new place.
