The fish are not taken care of. Planeria in their tanks. Multiply tanks with ick and countless dead fish in the tanks.
Took our dog there yesterday for grooming. Told the groomer I wanted close to inch cut off of him. He is close to being shaved. She trimmed his toenails. They are uneven and rough looking. Gus ears are not even trimmed even. He had some nicks on his feet. He was very cowed down when my husband got home with him. Our energetic dog is just very quiet today. He won't go back to Petsmart.
