RecommendedSo i have a therapy dog because i have ptsd and anxiety. I went to get the dog groomed because she had gotten too fuzzy and they told me i hadnt chosen the correct service online for my appointment. Upset i accidentally yelled "bullshit" because i also have turrett syndrome. My poor dog just needs a haircut. Dont people understand mental illness? The dog helps me so much and now i cant even treat her to a nice haircut.
Went to drop my two dogs off today for grooming. One of my dogs got vaccines on Thursday so he was good to go my second dog got vaccines on may 29th of this year. Sometime between grooming appointments they put the dates in the computer wrong and refused to do her even after I showed them proof her vaccines were up to date
Don’t schedule a grooming appointment this time of year if you actually want it to happen. Made TWO APPOINTMENTS both a week before the actual scheduled time and was called AN HOUR BEFORE both appointments to say they had to cancel. Could’ve gone anywhere else at any point during the week to get my dog clean and trimmed so she could come in out of the cold and they couldn’t care less. 0/10
Our puppy was a little scared to go to the groomer for the first time. But the girls at this grooming office were so sweet to our baby boy bingo.
