I bring my pup, Forrest, to Beth in the grooming salon. He just had his second cut with her and I absolutely love how great of a job she did. He looks perfect, cleaned up, and healthy. She's so wonderful with him, and she knows what she's talking about. In fact, she has discussed with me cut options, so that we don't do anything to compromise his hair growth or luster, as well as to give an image of what some cuts will look like on him. I absolutely love taking my baby to the PetHotel. She has such a blast there and the staff is so great with her!! The grooming salon however? They seem to always want to suggest I get her trained, they always have such an attitude with her and I. I used to take her to the Sunset Hills location and not once did her groomer complain about her behavior. So sad to hear her last groomer is no longer with PetSmart because both my puppy and I miss her.
The Vets are awesome and knowledgeable and the rest of the staff are so caring.
Took my dog to doggie daycare, wanted her to get groomed and then play because they were working on my apartment. Told them I did not want her kenneled. Instead, after grooming they kenneled her cause they didn't want her to get dirty. Against my wishes. What's the point of paying for something if they're not going to listen to what I say?
We take our kids there for boarding when we travel. There are many many choices for boarding but only PetsMart offers a fully enclosed boarding facility-there is no chance for an accidental escape. That gives me such peace of mind. And with day camp, all three of our kids have a great time.
