Good store with everything you need
These employees love the animals! Very friendly staff.
Manager refused to return an item without a receipt for store credit even though that is the policy printed on their receipts. She told me the company changed it’s policies and they were waiting to get new receipt paper. I asked how a customer was supposed to be aware of the new policy if it wasn’t printed on the receipt. The manager just shrugged and said it was a coporate thing and she couldn’t do anything about.
DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE! The pethotel staff, grooming staff, and manager staff were all rude with every interaction I had at this location. I dropped off 2 Shiba Inu's to get a bath, deshedding, and to stay in the doggie day care. I got a call sometime in the afternoon from one of the people I listed as an emergency contact number, on the forms I filled out, saying that one of the dogs had a rash and would not be receiving grooming services. We have been taking our puppy to this petsmart for months with no issues but today I experienced the worst customer service. I had a grooming service scheduled that was canceled Same day without me knowing and when I called to address was told there was nothing they could do and no manager I could speak to. The worst way to treat a loyal customer
This is by far the best Petsmart and their groomers are awesome!!!! I drive all the way from St. Charles as I do not like the Petsmart closer to my house.
